Who we are
Hi! We’re Fumiko and Andy Bruner—partners in life, photography, and the occasional spontaneous road trip. We live just outside Raleigh, North Carolina, where we spend our days juggling our not-quite-dream-day-jobs and our evenings and weekends chasing light, wings, and wild things.
What started with a couple of cameras to capture birds, bugs, and beautiful views on our hikes has completely spiraled into a full-blown obsession—and now, a website. Fumiko brings the artistic eye and thoughtful compositions; Andy enthusiastically follows along and keeps the team from getting lost (most of the time). Together, we explore the diverse and enchanting wildlife of the southeastern US, from delicate dragonflies to dramatic coastal landscapes.
Our work is a celebration of the tiny details and fleeting moments that make nature so breathtaking. We’re thrilled to share our favorite finds and photos with you—thanks for joining us on the adventure!
